Er unternahm Gastspiele sowohl auf der Bühne wie im Konzertsaal in Frankreich, Deutschland, Österreich, Jugoslawien, in der Schweiz, in Nordamerika wie in Japan. Zusammen mit seiner Gattin, der Pianistin Maria Teresa Conti (* 23.2.1947), brachte er Kammermusik zum Vortrag und gab zahlreiche Liederabende. 1970-77 gehörte er dem Ensemble »Piccolo Teatro musicale della città di Roma« an, 1980-90 war er Mitglied der Gruppe »Recitar Cantando«. 1992 trat er in einem »Tosca«-Film als Sakristan auf, 1994 sang er am Teatro Comunale Florenz in Puccinis »La Bohème«.
